1. Registration Integrity: Participants must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, participation, and in all submitted materials. Any participant found to have submitted misleading or false information will face immediate disqualification.
2. School Code Requirement: It is essential for participants to enter the correct school code during registration. Failure to provide a valid code under the School Students category will result in ineligibility for any prizes.
3. Verification Process: All participants will undergo a verification process. If a participant fails this verification, at the sole discretion of the authorized verifiers, they will be disqualified from the winners' category and may be removed from the competition entirely.
4. Official Communication: All correspondence will be conducted through the email addresses or phone numbers provided during registration. Participants are responsible for regularly checking their inboxes and responding promptly to any queries from the organizers. Failure to respond within the stipulated time frame may result in disqualification.
5. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes concerning the rules, eligibility, or any other aspect of the competition, the decision of the Humanity Olympiad organizing committee shall be final and binding.
6. Suspicious Activity: Should any suspicious activity be detected from a participant or school staff during any phase of the Olympiad, the individual involved will be barred from participating in that year’s competition.
7. Top 10 Winners from Previous Year: The top 10 winners from the previous year are ineligible to be ranked within the top 10 in the current competition. However, they may still participate and qualify for ranks beyond the top 10.
8. Winner Verification: The IHO team will conduct verification calls with the top winners to confirm the authenticity of their participation and achievements.
9. Prize Collection for Top 10 Winners:
- Collection at Satyug Darshan Trust: The top 10 winners are required to collect their prizes in person from the Satyug Darshan Trust campus in Faridabad. The Trust will not be responsible for shipping prizes to these winners.
- Above Top 10 Winners: Prizes for winners ranked beyond the top 10 will be sent to their schools by courier if the distance exceeds 300 km from the Satyug Darshan Trust campus. Otherwise, prizes will be handed over to the respective school coordinators.
-We do not provide installation or additional services for the prizes being awarded.
- Travel Arrangements: City coordinators can arrange transportation for the top 10 winners upon request. In cases where such arrangements cannot be made, coordinators will cover the winners' train or bus fare, though this will not extend to family members.
